Following the completion of KeyStone: Don’t Stop Learning, the Managing Director Training anchors our strategic vision. This advanced path prepares you to guide all core goals through dedicated mentorship and strategic tools, ensuring our collective mission flourishes through long-term commitment.

Direct Peer & Site Support

  • Peer Helpers: One or two individuals per course who have already completed the training and are available to answer your questions and provide steady encouragement.
  • Site Trainers: Experienced guides who help you master your role, which may involve completing on-site training or earning professional certificates from providers like Coursera.

Support for the Journey

The path to leadership is never walked alone. Within the Managing Director Training, students are encouraged to form dedicated course groups for each leadership course, ensuring a shared experience of discovery and connection. To maintain professional boundaries, communication is handled mainly through email or messaging—you are never required to share your personal phone number unless you choose to do so manually.
