Prepare a five-minute statement regarding your leadership vision. This final task focuses on you presenting your vision, goals, and strategy. It will also demonstrate your clarity of vision, your leadership presence, and authentic cultural anchoring.

The completion of the module helps to construct if you are ready to go deeper into the position of being a Managing Director. This title is very important as you go through each module you will be more intuitive in being a better leader in your position. Every step culminates in a formal recognition of your leadership capacity.
