El primer objetivo de cualquier proyecto es lograr que todos estén en sintonía. El primer objetivo de HIPOW es conocer a la comunidad uno a uno, "Boots on the Ground". Encontrar las necesidades de las personas es desconocido hasta que te sumerges en la comunidad. La comunicación comienza con la construcción de centros. Los pequeños grupos centrales ayudan a generar información más fácilmente cuando las personas pueden hablar libremente entre ellas. Así, la información puede ser autenticada por la voz, las acciones y el compromiso de las personas.

1.Llamar a la gente a unirse

2.Recursos

There are different types of animal sanctuaries and reserves. They can be mountainous or flat land, aquatic or flight areas. The temperaure and atmospheric pressure should also be considered. The environment with proper vegetation is important. However, partnering species is relevant for the sustainability of the animal habitat.

A sanctuary is where one can get up close to an animal for healing, feeding, or birthing, etc. A reserve is where animals are left to the openess of their habitat.

3.Centros comunitarios

Community Outreach benefits both animals and the community. Outreach programs help to improve the sustainability of the animals well-being and health, and habitats. Bonds between the animal care taker, outreach staff members and volunteers, unite towards enriching the lives of all animals.

The importance of animal education & welfare brings forth the subject of animal sustainability. An animals health and vitality is important in bringing in new life. A call for acquiring more veterinarians and animal guardians are needed globally. The diverseness animal species and other creatures are suffering.
