3. Therapuetics
Therapeutics comes from the Greek Therapeutai (“Healers,” or “Attendants”). Therapeutics is divided into treatment of pain and remediation of dis-ease through an on-hands approach. There are many types of therapeutic approaches.
4. Personal Health Education & Health Monitoring
Personal health education is informed education. Having the knowledge to understand our needs toward better health is beneficial. The focus is to bring tranquility to our body, mind, and mental awareness as it enriches our soul.

5. Health Facilities and Outreach
They are many types of health facilities and services, some are known as sanctuaries, retreats homes, special needs, group homes, in homecare, etc. Embracing the community is important in setting up community outreach programs where ancestral tradition must be respected.
