Welcome Humanitarians

Managing Director Training

Dear Managing Directors,

As humanitarians we were selected to help those in need during these challenging times. Ever more our projects will continue to help for many generations to come. Together we can embrace in strength. The first step is to build our team. Hiring dedicated team members will help accomplish incredible projects. Collectively our success is everyone’s success.

As Managing Directors, I recommend having job descriptions for your personnel. To start with I enclose the Managing Director’s job description. Knowing your role as a Managing Director is crucial. This same job description can apply to your confidant.

What is a confidant? A confidant is someone you trust that will stand in your place. This person will have full knowledge of your project(s). Your confidant may be temporary or permanent. Why do you need a confidant? A confidant will give you time away so you can set up other projects or leisure time off. Humanitarian projects are very important, and we can’t let the ball drop. Thus, having another person to stand in will help ease the pressure of being a Commander in Chief.

Please review the Managing Directors Job Description.

The above Managing Director's job description represents practical responsibilities. A Managing Director in training, however, can learn these responsibilities as time progresses.  Any past positions you held will also add to your bucket of knowledge. Although we come from different backgrounds and expertise, together our wealth of knowledge grows stronger.
