Welcome to forthcoming technology of medical treatment. This website is for information purposes only. Information was gathered from various sources from those embracing new technology for humanity that changes our world toward better health.
There are many types of health facilities that will help humanity towards wellness and health. Each facility focuses on specific approach toward a better life. In total, every facility will communicate with each other, directing the proper treatment or approach. The gathering of all resources will bring forth the best approach in treating what is stopping your wellness and health.
Every health facility has a Medical Field Director. The Medical Field Director has a variety of roles that support the medical team in-house and out in the field. The role of the medical director follows each area or specialty; health facilities, medical clinics, and hospitals.
Health Facilities and Outreach
They are many types of health facilities and services, some are known as sanctuaries, retreats homes, special needs, group homes, in homecare, etc. Medical services outreach includes mental health professionals (psychologists and psychiatrists), as well as social healthcare workers (Women’s and Infant, Geriatric care, etc.)
Medical Clinics/Offices
There are many types of clinics. Some are general healthcare services and others are specialized clinics. General healthcare services consist of primary care doctors, physician assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and support staff. Specialized personnel and support staff, such as pediatricians, gynecologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and dental, etc. focus on their area of expertise.
Hospitals and Centers
Hospitals are permanently staffed, offering inpatient care and accommodation. Each provides continuous medical and nursing care. Some hospitals have outpatient facilities such as rehabilitation services, day surgery, surgical follow-up care, etc. Many hospitals provide start of the art medical equipment and therapeutic modalities.
Emergency Care
Hospitals may or may not be equipped as emergency care services. Emergency care involves emergency personnel, staff, and equipment, as well as transportation. Hospitals can also be involved in medical training; medical and therapy schools. Medical research, engineering, and biotechnology also requires specialized training and facilities. Hospitals also need labs for inpatient or outpatient prescreening and follow-up monitoring care. Some hospitals have other specialized and services; burn centers, neo-natal, kidney treatment, etc.
Hospitals contain many facets in medical care. Every hospital comprises of physicians, nurses, technicians, specialty personnel, and support staff. Each area within a medical facility have specific activities and functions. The orchestra within the hospital is constantly moving, beating continuously. Every part is vital in performance, and oversight is important in running an efficient hospital.
The Medical Field Director’s Role
The role of a medical field director begins with three areas or programs (health facilities & outreach, medical clinics/ offices, and hospitals and centers). Each area has its core standards (quality healthcare, community, medical community, safety and security, education, and disaster awareness). The MFD’s job as an administrator consists of integrating each of the three areas with the core standards. This is a strategic undertaking as the areas and core standards intertwine. Thus, as goals and tasks are implemented the MFD must follow the core principles in its relationship to the three programs.
